This contractor did not finish ONE of the task they were contracted to do. They did not go by the architectural drawings and refused to respond to many inquiries. They went well over the estimate and refused to give reasons or notices of the fact. They have a supervisor who charges double the hourly rate and was rarely on sight. They let the permits expire and continued to work. I use the term work loosely as they only had 2 guys for the most part. We finally let them go at the end of the contract only to be left with a house that is still not livable. The garage extension was 3 feet too short you cannot even put in a garage door opener!! The elevator portion had to be redone as they did not build it to code standards. Sad state of affairs when they have an attorney contacting you and telling you to go thru him and not them when you have issues. This happened about a month after we got the permit.
Description of Work: The contractor was tasked to extend a garage, add an elevator and finish house to completion.
