Paige must be completely over loaded with other projects. I had high hopes that things would work out but over all I wasn't impressed. She is not organized. I received replies to emails that were intended for other jobs twice. I assume she is done with the project even though it has not been completed. She will not return phone calls or emails. During the majority of the work she was slow to return email and phone calls. It usually took her a couple of days.
Description of Work: The designer took me shopping once for an hour, sent me one board for one of the three areas she was working on. She was only present for 1 of 3 installations. The first installation of furniture turned out to be a scheduling conflict for her and things got really messed up with assembly of king size bed in master bedroom. They disassembled the queen bed in the guest bedroom instead. The designers requires full payment before she does anything. Only 85% of the punch list was completed.

I hate to hear that you were unhappy with the work performed on the design of your Condo. While we didn't do anything flooring related...I would be more than happy to discuss your dissatisfaction with you. I know there were some issues with your move and your movers and such and some items you were unable to find that you wanted to use in your new condo and we spent some time looking for those to repurchase...and unfortunately, after much searching found they were discontinued. We did a lot in a short period of time and I know there were some adjustments for you moving from your large home to your condo...which we tried to do our best to help you adjust, including that dreaded closet shelving that collapsed and we stopped mid-project to get you a company to help you out with a new system. Our shopping trips that you seemed to enjoy and the selection process seemed to go seamlessly..... Again, I would love to discuss your dissatisfaction with you and am here at your convience.
