The job was started and appeared to be ok on the second day of installation a Friday I emailed the owner with concerns and didn't here back. I called his cell phone and and place a note on the front door that they were not to continue to tile. The filed tiles were not laid correctly so that when you ran your hands over them you could feel the edge or corners of the next tile. I was told that this high end tile has a natural curve to it and that is why you can't lay it smooth on the wall. The next problem was that the pencil tile part of them were inset and then part were sticking out farther than the field tile. He agreed the part of the pencil tiles would be removed. The next day the tiles were not removed and the installer had continued to install tiles. The finished the job but have not corrected any of the problems and have left a big mess. Stay away from this company

They told us if we ordered from a set of std colors/styles, they would have it in stock and we would not have any risk of ordering delays. We did, but they didn't have enough in stock. Because there were only minor shipping delays, we got it in time, but barely. There was confusion because we said there was no one living in the unit at the time. The installers thought that meant there was no furniture in the condo. There was. Possibly because of that, the installation took a full two days instead of the one day that they had promised. The installation was adequate, but the installers (one a husband of the gal who works in the carpet co office) were rather lazy. We had cable and phone wires we wanted buried under the carpet and they had to be reminded to do that. A piece of metal carpet edging was missing and they tried to talk us into going without it because otherwise they would need to make a trip to the office to get it. It should have been planned for and done automatically. They did it, but only at our urging. Installers were nice guys and the job was done satisfactorily. I would not have them do a job without supervision, however. Price and terms were as promised in the contract.
