They were reliable, professional, and did really nice work. Price maybe a bit high, but I guess you get what you pay for.

The company was responsible and professional. When one of the cabinet towers arrived from a subcontractor it had a blemish caused by excessive staining in one spot. Although they felt it was a natural appearance of the would, they did return it to the subcontractor and obtained a new tower that did not have the defect. I feel they operated in a good faith attempt to satisfy the customer.

The shower door does not shut right. They did install quality cabinets in a kitchen. The shelves are a little bit shaky. I notified them that their was a dent in the counter and he never came after he said he would to look at it. They are good mechanics but they are terrible at follow up. He did not follow up on a light that is not working as well in the kitchen.

It went very well - they were prompt in giving us an estimate and were pretty timely in getting the product in and installing it. They ran about a week later than we thought, but it worked out well. This is a vacation condo in Florida and they handled most of it with us not here. We arrived as the work was finishing up.

He told me it would take about 3 weeks once the deposit was received because it has to be ordered. Once he got the order, he called and told me to empty everything out and they took it out and donated it to Habitat to Humanity. Some of the top drawers are a little shallow and my utensils get stuck. They cleaned up every night and vacuumed.
