The project went very well. The contractors (Jeff & Josh) are very nice. This is not the first time we have worked with them. We originally worked with them redoing a condo we had purchased in 2012. The whole condo was also gutted and we started from scratch. Jeff & Josh were so easy to work with. The sub-contractors they worked with to do some of the projects were very good and nice as well. The work was done in a professional & timely manner. It was completed in 60 days and we love it! It was a pleasure working with Jeff & Josh. So when this church project came up we didn't hesitate to see if Jeff & Josh would do the project. And again everything went well and it turned out great! That project also took about 60 days! If you are looking for contractors that are good & care about making the customer happy and doing a good job then I would highly recommend Buy Design to do the work! You won't be sorry! And of course we wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future!!!

Working with Buy Design (Jeff, contractor; Josh, architect) was a delight. From the start and throughout the project, they were very professional. Their creative ideas were extremely helpful and enhanced the outcome of our original plans. They were always available and answered any questions or concerns we had. If we ever need any additional work, we will definitely use their services again, and highly recommend them to others without any reservations. Some of the work involved removing an outside window and replacing it with a door to accommodate a new bedroom with a walk-in closet. We previously had a small lanai with a metal roof which were removed, and a new and larger lanai and roof were built in its place, with access to the existing living room and the new bedroom via a new impact-resistant sliding door. All new outside walls were matched to the existing stucco and painted so one couldn't tell the old from the new. New soffits, gutters and downspouts, lanai screening and doors and pavers in the lanai were done with great workmanship. All in all Jeff and Josh displayed great attention to detail and the result was first class.

Had a meeting with owner of Buy Design Jeff and assistant Josh Sept 2013, went over house project with them. Liked how fast they could and did start the work. Problems were they used a group of carpenters and other contractors that were B - to C + to work on the house. The carpenters had a dispute going on with Buy Design that caused our project to suffer in work being done to the house. During the project a painter showed up at the house around 9:30pm to asked the home owner questions about painting the house. Which I was never told was going to happen. Screen encloser guy asked son in law to help him install some of the screen cage. Which was not right and did not clean up after repairs. Why am I paying them to do the work? Since home repairs were done, had to remove patio fan that was off balance, installed by Buy Design. Just had a roof put on the house in July 2014 and the roofer found damage to the siding that the carpenters from buy design should have notice and replaced which was next to the gutter that had been installed buy a contractor they hired to put it in. Carpenters dropped nails in our spa which stained the bottom and broke our kitchen window that took two weeks to replace. Did not cover our pool and spent weeks removing the saw dust from the pool. During our project Buy Design owner went out of town which I felt was unprofessional with all the issues going on with our house. Josh which was the assistant was great!!!!!! But still upset with him over all this. To add insult to the issue, owner called up a few days later after the project with the house was done. To coordinate having our pool work done by them. DON'T THINK SO! I don't think josh said anything to the owner about our issues. Don't get me wrong Buy Design is a Great Company. And they do great work!!! But my opinion is they do even better work with a bigger budget than the one we had given them. Should have gotten a discount off the job with the delay and issues we had since. It's been months since the work was done. I let all the issues go until the roofer found the issue with the siding. Just needed to vent and get it off my mind and let it go.

Buy Design, LLC did a fantastic job from start to finish. They came up with very creative solutions to give our house a more open layout rather than the very closed and compartmentalized feel that the house had originally. They started and completed the work right on time as they promised. The work was performed in a very precise and professional manner. Their workers were very neat and cleaned up after themselves, and minimized the mess and disruption from their work. We were very satisfied with their work, from start to finish. The price that they charged was very reasonable and appropriate for the amount of work involved. We are very satisfied with their work, and will definitely contract with them for any future work.

They met a very tight 60 day schedule. They worked with us in every aspect of the remodel. They did some of the work themselves, from demolition to reconstruction as well as spending long hours towards the finish to ensure we could move in on time. The sub-contractors they used were as professional and attentive to detail as Jeff and Josh. Nothing was ever too much of challenge to them and they took time to show visuals of ideas when we couldn't envision them. They treated this remodel as if it were their own home and always took time to speak to our neighbors who had questions of their own. Their work was meticulous, precise and always spot on. They were up front with any additional costs we might have so there were no surprises. They wanted us to be totally happy with the work. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering any type of work, including remodel or construction job. We would use them again in a heartbeat for anything in the future.

Mr. Beachy was a referral to me by a lady for whom he had just completed a remodel. She invited me to her home to view the quality of the work he had performed for her which was exceptional The job he completed in my home was first rate and hence the finished product was outstanding; he is a perfectionist and stickler for detail. When Mr. Beachy ran into issues, i.e., uneven concrete that would compromise the travertine, he took photos of the problems then emailed them to me with his suggestion for repair & approximately cost for my approval prior to his beginning the work. He offered expert suggestions for my consideration throughout the entire remodel process. I have had two construction professionals in following the completion his work both of whom commented on the exceptional quality of his workmanship. I honestly couldn't be more pleased, and will be contacting this honest, exponentially talented, hardworking, contractor for all my future remodel needs.

The work we contracted with Jeff and his company was done efficiently and in a very timely manner. We were expecting company to stay with us for a few days, so it was necessary to get the work done before they arrived. Jeff saw that this was done in a very professional manner, always being sure that any work would fit into our schedule. He handled all the contacts with the granite company and others so that we had no worries about any of that. Every time he came to work in the kitchen, he left it clean and as usable as possible for me. Neatness is important, I feel, in any work being done in someone's home. After the work was finished, Jeff did a thorough inspection of the work with me, to be sure that everything was to my satisfaction. I could not ask for a more pleasant remodel job, and will not hesitate to call Buy Design LLC for any future work I may need.

Buy Design took our home that was completely water damaged and repaired and redesigned it. They made it better than new. They took our ideas and their ideas and together we came up with a wonderful new design plan for our home. Throughout the process they were very organized, meticulous and highly skilled. Buy Design is easy to work with and trustworthy. From the first meeting through the completion of the project, they maintained a professional attitude. We are completely satisfied and would definitely hire their services again!
