+ -1 moreWe called Broward about our problem and having a maint. contract for 10 years with them, they sent a tech person who temporarily fixed the problem and later sent an electrical tech person to finalize and fix the problem. Their customer service is only surpassed by their tech people, personable, on time and complete their jobs with perfection. A great company relies on a good staff, Broward reflects what others lack; customer service where their office staff and technicians treat their customers as they would want to be treated.

Description of Work: I have a deluxe a/c maintenance agreement with BFS. This includes two 20 point maintenance inspections during the year and a 20% discount on any needed parts and labor. I've had this agreement for the past 3 years but have never looked into any other company's service agreements so I can't say it's the best one out there, it's just the one I'm used to.

+ -1 moreThe technician was friendly and courteous and explained what was done. The only charge I can remember was a smile and a handshake. Can't beat that for great service.
Description of Work: We contacted BFS when our a/c stopped pumping out cool air. They came the next day and replaced, I believe , a condenser.

+ 2 moreI have a contract with them for all electric, plumbing, and appliances. They do anything inside the house. They are great. They usually come out in the next day or two. If something isn't done correctly, they will return and correct it.
Description of Work: I had a toilet leak and they came and performed the repair. The cost is per year - we have a contract.

Description of Work: We have several GE appliances and have needed service done several times. We have a contract with Broward for a year. This price covers any work that would need to be done, including parts. Price for service plan varies on the age of your home.
