Brian is very professional and had a very competitive pice (we go several prices). Brian was very meticulous and displays a real attention to detail; exactly what you want with this type of work!! I could go on and one but I think you get the idea! Bottom line is my wife and I both loved the work he did! I suggest you drive by my house because a picture is worth a thousand words ?

They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do, how they said they would do it and for the amount they said they would do it. I coordinated the service on behalf of my real estate buyer clients and they were VERY pleased with the outcome.

Over the past few years Brian has painted most of the interior of my house and the entire exterior of my house, along with my pool deck and courtyard. Brian is completely trustworthy alone inside my house. I gave him a key to the house with no qualms. His pricing is very reasonable. He does a wonderful job and he's fast. He's always punctual. l had a number of things to repair prior to putting our home up for sale, some of which I could not do. I found Brian on Angie's List and called him to see if he was available and would give us an estimate on the repair work. He came to the house the next day and we went over all the needs and he gave us an estimate of the costs. He began the repair work the next day. One area of special concern was a large area of the ceiling where the popcorn finish was cracking badly and pulling away from the ceiling surface. He removed the damaged area and applied a new finish that was virtually indistinguishable from the rest of the ceiling. I was very impressed by his work. In addition, he did some exterior power washing (with great results) and some interior and exterior painting. He resealed some cracked areas in the driveway and applied a finish coat of paint. It came out really well. His final bill for this work was less than the original estimate. Moreover, Brian understood our need to have this repair work done quickly and he took care of everything quickly and professionally. I strongly recommend him.

Brian was excellent. He arrived on time and was prepared for standard drywall repair but decided it would be just as effective, faster, and less expensive to caulk the spot. I greatly appreciated his candor. He completed the repair in minutes. He was neat and tidy and took special care to protect my furniture and floor. His communication skills were first rate. He provided me with estimates for painting the house and carport which were very reasonable. I highly recommend Brian and will use him again.

Brian had his work cut out for him with our condo when we bought it. The place was a mess from top to bottom by too much use and not a lot of TLC. We do not live in the area and trusted him to complete the work without us around ? this could have gone south real quick. He did an amazing job, responsible and respectful of my concerns and we could not believe what a true difference his workmanship gave the unit. He spent more time prepping than painting probably and boy did it show!! He was so good that my general contractor has asked for his name. He said ?I see a lot of houses and this is quality work.? WOW!!

I'm so happy that I found and hired Brian. He deserves every excellent review on this site. He was wonderful with my elderly mother and worked around her in the living room so she could continue to watch her shows. He does excellent work and my home looks beautiful. I haven't found one mistake or a drop of paint anywhere but on the walls. He will be my first and only call for my next paint job. I can't say enough good things about him. His price is fair and worth every penny.

Brian did a great job painting our ceilings. He was very skilled, and finished the job in 2 days, as he predicted. They look great. We felt very comfortable having him in our home.

I was updating a small kitchen that involved new flooring, countertops, backsplash and a cabinet reface. Along with that, I needed old wallpaper removed, the walls patched and then painted. Brian did a great job in readying my walls for painting, he always arrived when he said he would (if he couldn't get by, he would email me right away and always responded promptly to my emails). His price was very fair, he never made a mess, thoroughly cleaned up after himself and always left my place sometimes neater than when he found it. After the holidays, I plan to slowly start repainting other rooms in my house and will definitely give Brian a call when I am ready. I have no hesitation in highly recommending him to anyone who is looking for a quality job at a good price.

Both jobs went very well! Brian is professional as well as personable. He pays attention to detail and does exceptional. He'll scan over his work when he's finished to be sure he hasn't missed anything that may need to be touched up. If you happen to need any additional minor work done, he is more than happy to help. He installed extra curtain rods at this visit, and even replaced an old shower towel holder in the bathroom. It took some effort to get the old, rusted screws out, but he was great about it. He didn't charge hardly anything extra for the work. Also, I was having some issues in choosing the right paint color for my kitchen. Brian offered to go with me up to the paint store so I could choose the right color; that was so very nice of him. He's truly is a really nice person and works hard. We'll definitely call him out for jobs that come up in the future. Oh yes, the price is right for what you get..... quality work from a well -skilled and professional contractor with a great personality. Thanks Brian.

Believe the reviews - Brian is THE BEST. His work is excellent and he is a pleasure to work with. Brian is very professional and organized, pays close attention to details, and is very punctual. This is the second time that I have employed Brian to paint various areas of the house. He is prompt and professional and always seems to add a few extra, unexpected, and appreciated, touches to the job -- for example, touching up a chipped area of paint that he happened to notice while doing another area. I will use Brian's services again. He is pleasant and always exceeds my expectations.

Brian is very professional. He listened to all my concerns regarding paint colors and applications.The project included staining numerous wood deck railings that had no previous stain. We are in a 3 story house which required Brian to do some pretty tricky maneuvers to reach all the areas that needed painting. Brian completed everything to our total satisfaction. Brian was very prompt to respond to any issues that we had. We would definitely use Brian again and will highly recommend him to our friends.

I have used Brian twice now and he is coming back to do more work for us. He painted our entire condo (ceiling, walls, closet door and trim) before we put it on the market. Brian arrived when promised and was very through with his prep work and in protecting my things while he painted the ceiling. He also did a quality job on the exterior of the home. When we noticed a small goof, he had already noticed it and planned to fix it. He also did a couple of extra things we asked him with no problems. We are very happy with the paint job and how my home looks.

We've been through several painters and and needed someone to come in and fix a botched job performed by another painter. We contacted Brian who performed the work and some additional trim work in another room. I have to say Brian's work was exceptional and was performed in a very professional manner. He showed up on time and finished on time. He left all rooms just as they were when he started; no cigarette butts all over the place, no messy paint residue in the yard. Brain was selected due to his inclusion and superb reviews from Angie's List. We never met Brian before and the job was to be finished prior to our arrival at our new home. So, it was a calculated choice to go with someone whom we didn't know. The result is that Brian knocked one out of the park! Brian was prompt in responding to our inquiries and sent along photos of the completed job. When we arrived at our new home, the paint job was terrific! HIs attention to detail was extraordinary since we had him paint the walls and trim work. Not one smudge or uneven line! When we arrived, the house was clean and in perfect condition for us. We left him with a key which required us to trust him with our new home and that trust was not misplaced. Brian was thorough, the neighbors found him courteous, and he was dependable by following through on every one of our points of agreement. It went very well, very professional. I called Brian originally to paint our master bathroom because the job became more than this novice could handle. (He just finished our guest bathroom, I didn't even think about doing it my self.) What I particularly like about Brian is that he is punctual and upfront about what he is going to do and the time frame. These were two smaller jobs and he did them in stages, coming by at the end of the day after he finished bigger jobs; doing the skim coating, coming back after it dried. He is very methodical in his work and quite accomplished in drywall and painting. There was no task we wanted done that he did not do with top-notch professional expertise. He was even more critical of his work then we were, coming back one day and re-doing a section that he wasn't satisfied with, even tho we never noticed it. He is very easy to work with - the dogs liked him - and helps with choices of paint and color. He's our one and only go to paiinter from now on.

Brian and his helper David were very easy to work with. They were always looking to find ways to be sure we were pleased. They cleaned up each day and were careful with the dust from the sanding. The surfaces they painted were done extremely well. They patched holes and they also were done perfectly. I would use Brian again without hesitation. I encourage anyone who gets a bid from him to consider him to paint for them. He is a focused perfectionist, exactly what you want in a painter.

Brian's Painting provided outstanding preparation, attention to detail, responsiveness to changes in the details of the work, and flexibility in meeting special requests during the project. The quality of their results was exceptional. This was a whole-house project with requirements inside and out. A new roof was being installed as they started, which resulted in replacement of sections of facia around the house. They primed the new wood, then matched the color perfectly to the older facia so that it was not necessary to repaint the entire exterior. Their inside preparation also was superb. The result was a fabulous job in a home that had not been painted on the inside for many, many years. They also responded to special requests perfectly. Some window treatments needed to be picked up from the store. New carpet was installed after they finished, so they returned to paint the baseboards after the carpet was in place. One of the grab bars being replaced was the wrong size, so they purchased the correct one and installed it. Every detail and change was handled by offering a specific estimate for what it would cost before the work was done, then completing it professionally and efficiently. I highly recommend Brian's Painting for the quality results in addition to outstanding flexibility in responding to the additional tasks that often emerge in a whole-house project of this type. They provided all of these services for less than any other bidders' initial estimates, even after the many additions to the project were completed.
