Our AC went out with a house full of guests including my two elderly parents. The house was almost 90 degrees. Daniil came over within an hour even though it was an after hours, emergency call. He spent time explaining just what the unit needed and took pride in his work. We were back up and running shortly after. He was fantastic and I will not use anyone but Boyar and Daniil going forward.

They responded quickly with in a few hours. Everything went smoothly.

Danil arrived on time, and worked tirelessly to get my 1 year old AC working properly. He spent hours correcting the very poor installation done by the previous service provider, and kept me informed of what he found and was doing to correct th situation, including pictures! I have total trust in him due to the way he handled that issue,plus when I asked him he could handle another issue, he was not only honest enough to say he couldn't, his office support did some research for me in order to offer some alternatives. Danil is like the old time service professionals that are so rare these days. Highly reccomend!

It was great, Daniil solved an issue that had been bugging us for a while and multiple visits by other AC companies cost us several dollars but didn't fix the problem. He was very professional and thorough!
