Bolt Electric

The electrician, Clayton was on time and courteous. While I received a free estimate for another job, I was not able to get one for my primary job do to the complexity of the job. I was contacted multiple times to setup my appointment. This company charges by the job not by the hour.

Overpriced service!

After the electrician left everything he installed stop working. Now I have OVERPRICED humming chime box and non functioning doorbell.

Ethical,professional,knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Jeremy explained the work done, advised me of work needed in the future and quoted me pricing for upcoming projects I have. He was punctual, cleaned up after himself and an excellent representative for Bolt Electric. If all of their employees are like Jeremy, they are a fortunate company!

Was asked to install a pre bought electronic pool/spa timer. Was unable to get it to work and eventually installed a cheap timer that operates the pool pump but has no facility to turn on the spa feature . On checking the electronic timer package afterwards it appeared that the installation instructions were not even opened.

I made two appointments and both times, they messed up the time.

Call sticker shock is the main negative.

Excellent quality of work. Explained everything and gave me estimates for other jobs.

Looked over everything after he fixed the issue to make sure that there was no other issues. He did a panel inspection. Also told us about the surge protector. Will have him come back in April for the surge protector. He was great.

They worked very quickly and did a good job. I felt their prices were reasonable.

Totally satisfied!!

Because of circumstances, I could not be assured that my land line would respond when the electrician arrived and would try to call me so I could buzz him in. So I called my contact at bolt and asked her to have the electrician call my cell phone so I could go down and let him in. This she did, and all went well. Breaker problem fixed for nominal sum, considering he had to go get a part. Very satisfied.

excellent work but terribly overpriced

Arrived a little late ( schedule mix up ) but when they found out, they were here quickly and performed the work flawlessly.. highly recommend them, will use them in the future. Nick and his partner were great...
