We switched to referenced vendor because our previous lawn service was not meeting our needs. When we with Biological Tree & Landscape owner, Tammy, we were very clear with what our expectations were. Number one priority was to keep the landscaping trimmed and under control. Her pricing was very high compared to other lawn services, but we were willing to take a chance because of her sustainable and organic approach. We assumed since we were paying twice as much as other lawn service/fertiization services, that we were sure to get more service. That was not the case. We stuck with them for 3 months. We consistently pointed out things that were not getting done (landscape lighting was covered in ground cover due to lack of trimming, hedges were not being trimmed, back garden was so overgrown, things were falling over, brown patches in grass, diseased trees, and the list goes on). After 3 months the lawn and gardens were in worse shape than when we started. We were very disappointed that they never acknowledged that they could not keep up with the work and just reminded us we were getting a special "discounted" rate. Don't really know what we paid all the extra money for as we did not get anything more that our previous lawn service. In fact, we probably got less, but for alot more money. Due to this lack of service and the fact that they never really acknowledged it, we would not recommend this vendor.
