I love working with Bill Miller - not only was he on time, but the work took less time and manpower than he anticipated and he lowered his price. In addition, he returns calls and answers his phone!!! I called three different handymen and he was the first one to answer his phone. In addition, he showed up on time, both to look at the work that needed to be done and then to actually do the work....exactly on time and cleaned everything up as well. We had two walls of lattice work on the lanai that was circa 1990 and we wanted it torn down to open the area up more. He showed up on time, tore down what we wanted, cleaned up the mess and came through under the anticipated cost and time to do the job. I've already contacted him on two other jobs here on our house.

Bill Miller Construction Management Inc. did the work for 2/3 or the price someone else would have done it. We are very impressed with it. His price was so low, I gave him an extra $10.00.
