Description of Work: I special ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered at a school. I asked to please not include yellow (yes my wife hates that color) flowers of any sort and they did just that, and did not give me any trouble! In fact the flowers arrived at her school earlier than I expected with no yellow :) But also all the flowers looked fresh, and the arrangement was very very nice.

 + -1 moreI stopped by the shop to show them a picture of the arrangement. I had to speak with 3 personnel at the shop before finally having to explain it all over again to the coowner. I was told another flower arrangement would be sent out. That evening the other coowner called me at home to insist that the arrangement was beautiful but finally said he would send out another but that the recipient would have to pick it up at the flower shop. I called back leaving a message requesting that the replacement bouquet be delivered as it was part of the cost of my original order. The coowner then called me back leaving a message saying the original bouquet was beautiful and that he couldn't make me happy and that he would not replace the original arrangement and that I should find another flower shop. He did say he would return my payment. I had used a Beneva Flowers $10.00 coupon and paid $10.00 additional dollars to make the original bouquet extra special. I am questioning if Beneva Flowers passed the $10.00 on to the florist filling the order. I am very disappointed that my friends received such a disappointing holiday gift but more disappointed in the customer service from Beneva Flowers.
Description of Work: The flower arrangement that I had ordered through Beneva Flowers to be dilivered out of town was a most unattractive arrangement.

 + -1 moreMy parents are still raving about the arrangement that was delivered.... how pretty it was and how good it smelled. They said several visitors and the staff commented on how nice it was. In all, I'd say it was exactly what I requested.

 + -1 moreI live in The Northeast, and my daughter-in-law resides in Sarasota, Florida. I wanted to send her flowers after a medical procedure and went to Angie's List to locate a florist. Beneva's website is excellent and easy to navigate. Several gift suggestions are included, so it is useful for gift giving in addition to the variety of floral arrangements available. Redeemable bonus points are awarded for your purchases. Ordering on line is easy, but I preferred to place the order with a person. I wanted assurance that the flowers ordered on the eighteenth of July would be delivered on the nineteenth. The gentleman was polite, helpful, and assuring. I understand that all went as expected.
Description of Work: Beneva Florist delivered a bouquet to my daughter-in- law.

My nephew was thrilled with the gift.Beneva flowers made me and my nephew very happy and satisfied people. I know I can always count on Beneva Flowers & Gift to get the job done just the way I want it.
Description of Work: I wanted something very special for my nephew's 40th birthday. He lives in NY. Knowing he is a big Starbucks fan, I noticed that Beneva Flowers had a Starbucks gift basket. I ordered it thru my computer, completed the card, and gave my personal information. The rest was left up to Beneva Flowers.

That helped in the decision.I asked for the owner and he was there and looked after everything as he promided he would.The staff was more than capable and professional. Never needed to go any further.This is a family operation that is committed to their business. They have all the samples you could ask for, and a beautiful store with many great ideas.DON'T get sucked into a proposal that is too good to be true. Things can go wrong, Beneva said they were available 24 hours and they were. You can't see that on a proposal.
Description of Work: Just posting a review about how I felt was not enough. This company deserves to be listed here. My daughter was on a budget for her wedding. (I was anyway) We searched everywhere and were impressed the most with Beneva. Everything they told us was so true where others just promised so much without every detail in writing. Beneva's website and proposal was so detailed, they identified every detail and amount of flowers to the bloom. They said they imported flowers and what a difference. Even the reception hall said they don't see flowers like that. Best of all, theyprovided more flowers than promised at no additional charge. Here is the kicker... We planned an outdoor wedding. They set everything up at the beach and hours later when we were ready for the ceremony, the clouds covered and the wedding planner moved it all in doors. When she asked who was the florist and we said Beneva, the planner sighed with relief and said, great, I now they will be accessable and come back to move this right away. She said, no one is more professional and dedicated than Beneva. They are always available and will be here to handle this. They did! What a relief. This was what I hoped being the best in Sarasota, now I know why. They saved the day! I can't say enough about the flowers, they were stunning. You won't be disappointed.
