Description of Work: Our Kitchen Aide cook top needed two knobs repaired and the glass had a hairline crack. Bob came to the house at the scheduled appointment time. He estimated the cost to fix and suggested we replace it with a similar brand at close to the cost to repair. They came and installed the cook top, and after it was complete my wife noticed a small defect on the edge of the new cook top. We called Bob, he came out and looked at it and agreed. They had the replacement top in a few days and came out and replaced it. My wife and I were expecting some kind of excuse or reason for not replacing it, but there was no problem. Would definitely use again.
