They were very nice and professional. They are on time and very clean.

I replaced the filter, pulled out the fridge and checked the water lines, kicked the fridge a few times but could not get the thing to work. I sent an email through Angies List and got an immediate response. Set up the appointment, had the repairman in my house within 2 days, and had the fridge fixed within 3 days! The repairman was great and did an excellent job. the repair was pricey but expected for appliance repair. Thank you Badger Bob"s!

They made time in their schedule the same day I called, showed up promptly, worked quickly and had us back up and operating within an hour. Needed part was on truck. Serviceman was cordial, courteous and knowledgeable. I have their number handy and will definitely call them the next time I need appliance help.

The repairman cameon time and quickly determined problem. Part had to be ordered. the repairman quickly installed part. costs were reasonable.

It was Christmas eve when we discovered our ice maker wasn't working. As we were expecting a large number of guests for dinner the next day, a bit of panic set in. So as we have done over the years we turned to Angie's list and found Badger Bob's. They came out that very day and determined the icemaker / water valve needed to be replaced and the part would have to be ordered. While disappointed that we we would not have not have the repair done for Christmas, we did appreciate their coming out on such short notice. On December 30, they installed the new valve. However, it didn't work. . I wasn't home at the time so they called me to explain it must be the valve from the water supply but that would be a plumbing problem , something they didn't do. After discounts , total cost $ 223 and still no ice.. When I got home , I did a search for the water valve and found it in the adjoining utlity room. it had been inadvertentlyturned off by me a couple of days previously . I thought I was turning off the sink valve and didn't know it also turned off the ice maker. Once I turned it back , on the ice maker worked fine. Besides my stupidity, the only fault I might find with Badger is they never considered checking the water valve before ordering the new part.

Arrived on time with two men. My problems were a leak in the washing machine and a infrequent leak in the refrigerator.One man found a leak in the washing machine pump and the other man found that the refrigerator defroster caused the leak. Both were efficiently and promptly fixed. I got my Angies list discount of 15% and I paid what i consider a very reasonable $174..

badger bob staff (two visits) were polite and punctual. they made the appropriate repairs and offered maintenance tips. I would highly recommend badger bob's and would use their services in the future, if the need arises.

He took the time to put it through the complete wash, rinse, and spin cycle and explained to me how my spin cycle works and how to deal with this problem when it occurs. Joe was very neat, very polite, and clearly new what he was doing. He charged $69 for the service call and $20 for labor. I think this was a very reasonable charge. I was very pleased with Badger's Bob's service and will certainly call them again.

The service technician was right on time and very professional. Unfortunately our dishwasher was a goner and not worth repairing. We suspected this would be the case due to its age and degrading performance. Ken was very helpful in answering our questions about a replacement dishwasher and we plan to visit their showroom to find a replacement. Ken then cleaned the coils and dust from our refrigerator and confirmed that it is in good shape for the time being. I think the price was very fair considering the time spent on site and work performed. We will definitely use them again.

My dryer was not drying. I thought it was a clogged vent but was not sure and we are not at all handy. Badger Bobs pulled a volleyball size ball of lint from my vent pipe and told me how to avoid the same thing in the future (clean it more than once every 12 years!). Small price to pay for a dryer that now works like new again. They also did a complete check on it to make sure other things were not wrong. Prompt appointment. On time. Very knowledgable. I would defiitely use them again.

The office scheduled my appointment and understood my limited window of time. They called to see if it was ok to arrive early. Ken the tech, was very helpful and went above and beyond to not only fix my washer but also gave easy maintenance advice to limit service calls in the future. Will definitely use them again!

Nice repairman, informative and thorough.

He worked for quite awhile. Tried to get GE to help but couldn't get them to answer the phone. Finally estimated that the circuit board was bad an repair would cost an additional $300. The Angie's List coupon only applied to parts and he had never heard of it. We decided to put the money towards a new washer. He recommended a Whirlpool or Maytag. The only bad part of the visit was he recommended Badger Bob's for replacement washer. The visit to the showroom was definitely not worth the trip. They only had three top-loading washers and they appeared pretty high priced. What really got us was the sales person (receptionist?) just walked off and left us. She was gone a long time even though we could her her in a back room. We Just Left.

Repairman ( Ken, I believe) arrived on time and quickly removed the toothbrush that I had clumsily dropped down the filter slot. While in back of the dryer, he checked the dryer vent to be sure it was attached securely and cleaned up behind and under the dryer. He was very courteous and professional. Also advised to use bleach and vinegar in the washer occasionally to clean it . I would definitely call Badger Bob's again for a needed repair.

We had wondered about the source of a very fine powdery dust in our house since we moved in six years ago. After doing extra thorough cleaning, vacuuming, and trying several air filters, we would still get a persistent amount of the dust after only a couple days after cleaning. We finally decided to try the duct cleaning as a possible solution. We got a few bids for the job and settled on Badger Bob. The price was not cheap but it was several hundred dollars less then the next best bid. Also it was a bid without an open ended extra charges clause. The biggest concern was when the job would be done, as we had many scheduled events in the coming weeks and one of us wanted to be present for the whole day. There came a point where we were asked to change the agreed upon day. Due to our other commitments, we declined to agree to the change. To their credit, the company was able to do the job as scheduled. With total professionalism, the workers did it and finished in 6 hours. We found out later that a sad family matter had been behind the request for delay, but the company worked around it and that was a great helped to us in our needs. As they worked, the men moved some furniture and used tarp when called for. They communicated well and showed how their system worked. They were always very polite and respectful. After they left, we needed to be away for a time due to the spray. The house temperature had risen to 84 during the work period, so it was a relief to let the AC do its job. It has been a week since the cleaning and it looks like it was the right call. There is a very noticeable absence of the white dust that we lived with for 6 years!
