Great! When the part arrived, Ryan called to schedule another visit, and he offered to come after he finished his next call. Ice maker was operating as normal within an hour.

It has gone very well each time. I've used them more than once for my business and was pleased with the responsiveness and service. I also like very much how they vet their employees and share that information with the customer.

Not well. They never called me back. Was my first experience with Angie's list. Thought I could not go wrong with a gold winner. So got referred to name invictar from neighbors. Called them and he returned my call in an hour. I was going to just let this go but Angie's List asked me to review my experience.

Bob Burg, the owner of Badger Bob's, showed up at our home at the appointed time to repair our GE refrigerator, which had a leaky valve that bled water onto our kitchen floor and also to repair and then replace a faulty ice maker. Bob was friendly, professional and prepared. He fixed the leaky valve in half an hour and ordered a new ice maker since the old one was beyond repair. The new ice maker came in less than a week and, again, Bob installed it in less that half an hour. Badger Bob is not cheap, we paid about $376 for the repair and replacement, but that's fair in today's world of planned obsolescence (GE should use better materials!). All in all a great experience and would highly recommend Badger Bob to anyone needing an appliance repair!

Called around noon and they came out later that afternoon. Quick response. Very friendly, knowledgeable. Was very happy they were able to come same day as my refrigerator wasn't getting cold and had company coming into town the next day. Will definitely use them again if an appliance repair is needed.

Excellent service all around. I called their office at 8. Repairman called me and gave me time. Repairman called again and told me he would be here in 10 minutes. He was very professional, polite and courteous. Usually in my past experience with other companies, part has to be ordered and a second visit scheduled. NOT THIS TIME! I was stunned, he went to his vehicle and came back in with the part. That is what I call GREAT service. I will definitely be using them again.

I am pleased to report that everything is working beautifully now! Ryan was very personable, polite and professional. Within an hour of calling Badger Bob's about my refrigerator losing its cool, a technician was at my door. I did not expect that kind of sudden service. A major and expensive repair was needed, and the technician did an excellent job of explaining our options. He was very patient with us as we spent a few minutes deciding what to do. Ultimately the repair went exactly as he told us. I am a very satisfied customer.

Technician (Ryan) diagnosed the problem but had to order parts. As soon as parts arrived, replaced the board and everything working again. First time using Badger Bob's and will definitely use again.

Bob identified problems quickly and fixed what he could on the first visit. He then ordered parts and returned a week later to fix the remaining issues. Badger Bob was friendly, courteous, and professional. We'll definitely call him in the future.

My oven went out on a Tuesday night. I called Badger Bob's and they had someone at my home by 10 the next morning. Joe was punctual, polite and experienced. He diagnosed the issue within an hour and ordered the necessary part. He was back on Friday (on time again) to replace it. I was impressed with the company's responsiveness, its pleasant and competent employees, and the efficiency with which they took care of me. A great experience!

We had no problems. He came right out and did the work. He was kindly, very pleasant and explained everything he was doing. He even told us what the little keys are for.

Very pleased with the service! The technician actually called and came a day earlier than expected, which was great! He was professional and knowledgable. He was dedicated to diagnosing the problem and punctual in getting the part. He came back the next day (with the part) and replaced the transformer. I would definitely recommend this company for appliance repair needs and would most definitely utilize their services again. A+++

Joe, the technician, arrived on time, was very polite and thorough in his analysis of our dryer problem. After inspecting it, he concluded that the shut down was due to repeated dryer cycles (just came home from vacation) causing motor overheating. He cycled dryer for 20 minutes to ensure everything was working properly and cleaned vent. Very professional. I will use Badger Bob's again.

The technician came earlier than we expected, but we were not put out by it. The tech was very polite and efficient. He went right to work and put in a new flap on the ice maker. He cleaned up the little mess that was made, even chipping the frost off of the inside of the freezer door. The cost was a bit high, I thought, but we had a coupon from Angie's List for 15% off so that was a big help! We will use this company again.

very courteous and professional came to diagnose a problem with my fridge..it turned it could not be repaired in a cost effective manner. My only complaint would be that I was told it was a 69$ trip charge and then was told the total was$89... which included a $20 diagnostic fee. I really think that shouldve been communicated to me from the start, but otherwise he was really nice.

Answered the phone promptly, scheduled me for next day. Met with my tenants, fixed fridge, all is well.

As soon as Bacon arrived, he proceeded to troubleshoot the ice-maker to determine the cause of the failure to operate. He determined that a new ice maker was needed but he did not have the correct size on hand. He proceeded to acquire the correct size, install it and check that it worked. Job accomplished. Bacon was pleasant, professional and competent. We were very satisfied and will use this service again if we have an appliance problem. He also honored the 15% Angies List discount coupon. Thanks.

My washer would not start. Bob and Austin showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad connection to the motor. They fixed it and then showed me how to repair the problem myself should it happen again. Extremely professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend Badger Bob's and use them again for all my appliance needs.
