Badger Bob's answered my phone call, set up an appointment and Ryan, the technician, called before arriving at the scheduled time. The broken part had to be ordered but as soon as it came in, the service dept. called to set up another appointment for Ryan to come back and install the part. Once again he called first and arrived within the scheduled time frame. I was very impressed with the professionalism and quick service. I also received by email a verification of their license, insurance and background check of the technician. I will definitely use Badger Bob's again and would recommend them to anyone.

Our refrigerator door would not close on its own. We called Badger Bob, whose man came and looked at it, and said he would get the part needed and get back to us. A couple of days passed, and we heard nothing, so I called. The woman said that the needed part was no longer available. I knew this was not true, since I found it on the internet. I described the problem to M. Taylor on the phone. He knew exactly the needed part, ordered it, and told us the price would be $150.00 installed. A couple of days later he installed the part. (Unfortunately, I can't find my receipt, but when I do, I write an Angie's list recommendation for M. Taylor and his firm.)

Rude serviceman over charged for disposal. They installed a disposal of approximate $150 value and replaced a portion of a hose between the disposal and the dishwasher. total cost $400. Hose part researched with part number on google; cost $25 charged $90 for part Refunded $40 upon complaint call. I have used Badger Bob 's many times over years. They used to be upstanding and efficient. No longer true. Will not be ripped off my them again.
