Description of Work: Avery Roofing cleaned my tile roof without chemicals and applied Roof a Cide. an algaecide. |They were very professional, very through. The roof looked great when they were done.The gutters looked great.They cleaned up the lanai, driveway, etc. They inspected the roof for cracked tiles, the mortar, etc. before they started. They repaired the cracked tiles. |Their price is higher than other firms, but I feel the applicatin of the algaecide makes it worth the price.
