2 TECHNICIANS AND ABOUT 10 HOURS MISSED FROM WORK THIS ISSUE IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. OUR FIRST REPAIR TOOK PLACE IN EARLY JANUARY THEN THEY HAD TO COME BACK A WEEK LATER BECAUSE THE ISSUE CAME BACK THAT THEY SUPPOSEDLY FIXED THE FIRST VISIT. NOW BEING ALMOST OUT $400 THIS ISSUE IS STILL AN ISSUE. TECHNICIAN RETURNED AND WAS AT OUR HOUSE ABOUT 5 HOURS, SPENT MANY HOURS ON THE PHONE (I GUESS TROUBLE SHOOTING THE PROBLEM) NOT SURE THOUGH.... LOST ALL MY FOOD THAT I HAD IN BOTH THE FRIDGE AND FREEZER. HE CLAIMED HE FIXED IT, BUT GUESS WHAT... NOPE.... AT THIS TIME COVID-19 HAD SHUT EVERYTHING DOWN. A BUSINESS LIKE THIS WAS CONSIDERED ESSENTIAL BUT TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE WAS IMPOSSIBLE. SO ON 7/2/20 A DIFFERENT TECH ("THE MANAGER") DON'T KNOW HIS NAME....REFUSED TO GIVE IT. CAME OUT WAS THERE ALMOST 3 HOURS HE CLAIMED WE HAD A CLOGGED DRAIN. I PROCEEDED TO ASK HIM ABOUT THE ICE MAKER AND HE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT, HE WAS UNAWARE OF THAT ISSUE. BUT LATER SLIPPED AND SAID SOMETHING FROM THE TECH HAD SAID TO US. DURING THE REPAIR HE MADE A HUGE MESS OF MY KITCHEN, HE KICKED THE DRAWS AND TRAYS FROM MY FRIDGE WHILE WALKING AROUND, HE SAYS HE CLUMSY AND THE FACE MASK WAS MAKING IT HARD TO SEE. BUT MY FAVORITE WAS THAT HE TOLD ME AND I'M QUOTE HERE THAT OUR "REFRIGERATOR IS A PIECE OF S**T" CLAIMS HE FIXED THAT BUT I STILL HAVE NO WORKING ICE MAKING OR WATER DISPENSER. I WOKE UP THIS MORNING AND LOW AND BEHOLD I HAVE ICE BUILD UP AGAIN.... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE RUDE AND THEY DO NO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.........

It has been over two weeks and he has not called back to inquire if the part has arrived. That was an easy $65.00 for him. Potential customers take note.Some people will get over on you or at least try, no matter what.

I would never use this company again they are all about money and good luck if you use them. You are only as good as the tech you get so cross your fingers and wish for the best. Shame on Home Depot for sponsoring this type of company. I'm a senior and I see this company at the senior expo's here in St. Petersburg. I always tell the rep what they did to me and he says he will pass it along and that they will call but I haven't heard from them since. I still ended up paying them $500 for a U/V light that they pushed on me..

Two separate visits. Both on time and completed that day. I am very happy with the services provided!

He was very good. He didn't charge me for the call. I asked me if there is a way he could replace the broken part in my refrigerator and he ordered the replacement. It came in on time and he came back to install it. He gave me a discount. I couldn't have been more pleased with him. It went very smoothly. He was very professional, responsive and dependable. He was helpful and honest with me with the old dishwasher. He could have told me to replace the pump that was broken and I wouldn't have that large amount of money; it was just too old to really have done that. I was very pleased.
