Initially, I was happy with the quote which seemed very reasonable. However, when it came time to remove the trees it seemed clear that this job was not their first priority as it took several days and the workers did not work the entire day. When they were removing the tree closest to my house we hear several loud bangs of falling branches on our roof. Recently I contacted them again because one of the stumps that they ground was regrowing. Now that the wood chips are not piled up where the tree was you can see large roots that were never ground for both of the trees I had removed and ground. For three weeks in a row I was told that they would come by and take a look at the new growth. Each week they failed to show up. On the third week I asked for a specific date and time that they would come by. John who I was dealing with was extremely rude on the phone and proceeded to send me several incoherent, insulting text messages after we spoke. I never want to deal with a company like this again and am writing this review so that members can avoid the same mistake.
