They were extremely helpful in all parts of the installation. ?When the granite arrived at their fabrication shop they noticed it had a crack and sent it back and called us immediately to go to another dealer and find another piece which we did. ?After the installation we realized we wanted the piece put in the back of the slide in stove after all. No problem it was done quickly. ?Unlike others, they did not charge us for the granite that we did not use. ?We highly recommend All Granite and Marble. ?One of the few companies that we delt with that really cares about their customers and quality of work.

We had some miscommunication for the first appointment. It was for 3:00 PM on a Friday, and I was clear that I was not able to be home sooner. They apparently called at 1:30 and said they had finished their earlier job and wanted to come over, but since I wasn't home they would go to another job and then come to my house. I found that voicemail when I arrived home just before 3:00. I did not hear from them again, and called at 5:30 - got voicemail. Later I found a message from them on my cellphone (I had not given them that number, as it doesn't ring in the house - but I had called them from the road so they must have used caller ID) that they couldn?t make it in time, and wanted to come Saturday morning. I called them to confirm because I had to know whether to stay home on Saturday morning, but they did not call me until Saturday afternoon. They ended up coming Monday morning. Four men came to fix the sink! I know nothing about this kind of repair, but so far it looks like they did a very good job.

After looking at a few fabricators we chose to go with All Granite. Ricardo and Juliana were a pleasure to work with and were very patient with our many questions. They installed a long counter with a sink cut out and cut out for a slide in range. They also installed a large 4 1/2' x 6' island with no seams. It is beautiful and we are thrilled with the final product. We would highly recommend All Granite to be your granite fabricator.

I would highly recommend All Granite & Marble. They were very, very good. They were here when they were supposed to be, they were neat and tidy when they were done, and they cleaned up after themselves. Our particular pieces of granite had some issues and they worked with us until everyone was satisfied with the job. They were very good. A neighbor of ours also used them and was equally satisfied. I would absolutely use them in the future.
