+ -1 moreWonderful!! I couldn’t recommend KC more! He was so professional, and took the time to evaluate and explain the entire process to me. He was efficient and incredibly upfront about the whole situation and transparent. I was really nervous as a new water heater is obviously a big expense, and you want it done by someone who knows what they are doing, and it’s going to rip you off. I feel like I found a real hidden gem with All About Plumbing and KC, and will be referring him to everyone I know!

I want to be clear that the problems were of our making - clogs and so on - nothing to do with his work. He is smart and professional. He came out one Christmas Day!!! I am sorry to see the sour-grapes bad reviews here. KC is the very best.

+ -1 moreKC Lee, the owner of All About Plumbing was referred to me for a couple of plumbing jobs at my house. Those 2 jobs were done to my satisfaction so I called him again when my sprinkler system developed a leak. We had a confirmed appointment for last Thursday at 9:00am. Because I work full time, I had to re-arrange my work schedule to accommodate his availability. No problem. At 9:27am, when he has still not arrived, I sent him a text asking if he was still coming to repair the leak. He did not respond to my text. At 10:54am, I texted again and received no response. I called him and left a message. Still no response. 6 Days after our appointment, I have still not heard a word from K.C., so I want to let people know that K.C. is not dependable and does not respect your time.
Description of Work: Repair leak in our sprinkler system.

+ -1 moreHaving Casey do a job for me was a huge mistake. He is dishonest and his workmanship leaves A LOT to be desired. His behavior should not be tolerated. Also, he likes to smoke weed on the job site.
Description of Work: I hired Casey to plumb a new house for me. He was very demanding on being paid and does not understand how bank draws work in the construction process. Casey paid for and installed a water heater, a sewage ejection pump and a sump pump. The water heater he installed was not the water heater that was spec'd and the sewage ejection pit/pump has to be re-done due to the fact that he installed it incorrectly. He could not produce back up for his invoice for the above stated water heater and pumps so I contacted his supplier and found out that his invoice was more than $2000.00 over what he had bought and installed. He is a liar and a crook. I have since hired a new plumber who has spent the last three days correcting his rough-in work and making sure everything is up to code. This is an overage on my budget and will not be tolerated. I strongly encourage anyone who is considering hiring KC to look elsewhere.

+ -1 moreThis contractor is very reliable and always gets the work done fast. He respects the space he works within and always follows up to make sure I am satisfied. The price he charges is good as well. This time out he actually squeezed me in between appointments, so I didn't have to wait long at all.
Description of Work: There was a leaky valve in one of our sinks in the bathroom and they came out and fixed it, taking about an hour or so to finish the job. They then cleaned up and dumped the worn material.

It took as long and cost as much as his original estimate. I will use him again. He removed his shoes and cleaned up after himself. Good to go, give him a call.
Description of Work: Casey replaced a valve in my finished basement leading to my sprinkler system. He also added a drain valve.

Description of Work: I was in the process of having my basement finished and needed a plumber. I called Casey, and he came out the next day. He said the way the plumbing was set up in the basement, he would have to move the pipes because they were not where they needed to be. He moved everything and got it all set up for the tub to be installed. We had to wait for the tile to be complete before he could proceed with the rest of the bathroom. About a week later, one of the guys working in my basement hit a waterline with the nail gun, which sent water shooting everywhere. It was about 9pm, and I called Casey and without conviction he was here and fixed everything for me. A few months down the road, I called him to schedule a time that he could come to put in the toilet, sink, and bath fixtures. He was here the next day.
