Alex promptly returned my call and provided a friendly, cheerful, and professional description of the services offered, including a firm quote. The crew arrived within one day and removed 3 sliding lanai door panels for service. Following removal of existing door panels, the crew cleaned and lubricated the the door frame and moving door parts, and finally reinstalled the sliding door panels. The panels now open and close with minimal effort, a vast improvement from the sticky slide previously. Alex's Sliding Doors professional services totally satisfied me. I would call on Alex again and recommend the outfit to my friends.

Boris and his helper arrived ontime and replaced the ball bearings on a 3 panel sliding glass doora s well as cleaning out the tracks and lubricating them. He also instructed us on how to maintain the door ourselves as well as the correct way to open and close the door to prevent further problems. The door panels slide quietly and are easy to open and close with no effort, despite the fact that they are heavy and quite large. We are very happy.

It went great! I called, left a message and Alex called me back in less than two hours. After explaining what he would do, he said he could send a crew out the next day sometime between 1 and 5. They spent over an hour removing the door and the old rollers. They took the old rollers to their truck and matched up new assemblies and rollers with ball bearings. They installed them and put the slider back together. I can now open and close that door with one finger. I can't wait for the rest of the rollers on the other five doors I have to go bad so he can replace those too!

He seemed very professional and knowledgeable. I thought that the locks seemed kind of cheap looking but they appear to do a good job of securing the sliders. First time out I asked him about the Angie discount. He said his prices are so low that he does not give a discount. Between visits I checked Angie again and there was a coupon for this company. He reluctantly gave the 5% discount on the second trip only. In spite of this, I would recommend this company again.

He was very professional and efficient. The slider door has never worked as good as it does now. I am thrilled with the work they did. While they were here I asked about the sliding glass door deadbolts and he came back the following Saturday to install those. They are great and easier to use than the locks that come on the doors. I would highly recommend Alex and will definitely use him again when the need arises.
