Great Company. The estimator was thorough, knowlegeable and informative. The pricing was very competitive. The installers were friendly, efficient, and fast. They left my home cleaner than it was when the started.and showed me the details of the system operation. I would refer anyone needing an AC replacement to use AirNow.

I thought I needed to replace one of the AC ducts. He could have done so and I would not have known better. But he was able to repair the duct for a lot less cost.

If I could give him more stars, I would. Did not have to wait long for him to clean my vents. He was extremely knowledgeable about his job, he worked quickly & neatly. His pricing was very fair & I would definitely recommend him.

They replaced my old a/c. I didn't think the old one was installed as well as it could have been. Air Now seemed to know more about what they were doing.

Nice men who did work. Over $80000. Thought it was a little overpriced, but work was good.

I was expecting the bottom of the air handler to be replaced, instead they just put four pieces of insulation board around it. For the price, I believe I was overcharged.

Jim VerWys was very professional and courteous, and always communicated back to me whenever I had a question or any concerns. My air conditioner works great, and passed inspection.

I hired them because Jim V. was the only man to take me on a walk around of work to be done. And point out what had to be done; where I understood necessity of work. When they were done the area was spotless (very nice) I am a disabled combat vet on fixed income so everything seems pricey to me; or I would have rated money value higher. I have been a air now customer for 13 years. Service was always good. The last service call a part was replaced that was under warranty. The whole unit was new 2015. I was extremely upset to be charged $95 for a part that was under warranty. I was told it was a "restocking" fee.
