Communication was not a strong point. The installers were nice but had to come back because the pad that the outside unit was on was not level. I called again a week later to see if they had come out and fixed it and they said they had but they didn t send me any pictures as they said they would. I hope the unit provides to be a good one in the future.

Phil, the first person I met representing Air Now was just awesome. He Explained things, worked with me to get where I needed to be $ wise. He is a great reprehensive of Air Now. Jonny & Brandon did the installation. Poor guys worked in a downpour but got everything done in a reasonable amount of time. We had AirNow come and check out A/C because we were very unhappy about the amount of cool air in our various rooms. We had rooms that were very cold all the way to hardly no cool air. Phil from AirNow came out and spent about 20 minutes in our attic and then walked through all our rooms and then sat down with us and explained what he thought was going on. I immediately thought- he comes the 'hard sell" to purchase new A/C units. But the first thing Phil said was he said our units were working fine and that they were large enough to keep our home cool. He proceeded to explain what was going on, showed us pictures of the the our attic connections, and took almost an hour to share the plan to balance out our system. We asked him specifically about one room that got next to 0 air. The team came and worked on our system and did a super job. Two days later we weren't 100% satisfied with the amount of air we were getting in the room where previously we were getting hardly any air. I called an there was a technician here the next day. He and I spoke for a few minutes about the problem and we went to the room I was talking about and then he spent at least 40 minutes up in the attic. When he was finished he explained what he had done, showed me pictures and the air output improved dramatically. It was amazing service- I recommend AirNow 110%! Thank you, Air Now!!!

First I spoke with Lisa. Very nice. Then the Service Tech, Jim VanWys arrived at my house right on time. Spent time explaining about my unit and answered, in detail, all my husband and my questions. Really knows his business. We were very impressed with Jim. Next day installation was amazing with Dierk and Rocky. GREAT JOB. We are very pleased with a whole new unit, compressor, thermostat and extra vent into a room that was needed. They also cleaned up after their work and did a good job. I recomment AirNow very highly. I am going to have a continued service contract with them too.

The workmen were very professional , polite people. Also, the person who specked out the job gave me a very complete analysis of what and why should be done. A good communicator.
