I asked for a 4 ton 15 seer split system to match my old Trane installed 2008 in my Florida Green energy-efficient home. After model and serial numbers were registered for warranties with Bryant, I checked and the system was 3.5 ton and 14 seers. I paid $8,000.00 for this replacement on my credit card. I feel they took advantage of a 78-year-old woman alone. When I brought it to the attention of Philip who quoted the replacement prior to installation, he justified it based on a load calculation they had done which I had never heard of and had never been discussed with me. I had to persevere in filing fraud claims with Sarasota County, etc. Yesterday, they agreed to replace the outside unit to meet the energy efficiency requirements of the old Trane. I have done an extensive research to determine the exact Bryant model AC I wanted as a replacement and they agreed yesterday. This time they got caught and by someone determined not to let them get away with it.

The crew who installed our new heat pump was very professional. The salesman explained how the heat pump would work in our home without getting very technical so that a homeowner who is not in the business would understand the benefits. We took another step and replaced all of our ductwork since it was damaged and clearly needing replacing. So very glad that we got both new ductwork and new LG heat pump installed with AirNow.

They broke my faucet mixer and left water on did not tell us about it. Had water puddles in our yard and left their rag on faucet. Duck work was good
