Chris, an experienced and knowledgeable technician responded to a request for service. After evaluating my 14 year old unit, he indicated that he could replace the fan but pointed out the significant corrosion on the coil and evaporator. He suggested that I may want to consider a new unit in view of what would undoubtedly be additional repair costs in the near future. As I have had some recent AC experience in a previous home I concurred with his appraisal of the unit and asked him to price one out for me. His estimate was fair and I had the new unit up and operating in two days. AirNow is a good company with a fine team.

Very professional and on time with installation

Chris at Air Now was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He gave me a lot of information regarding the air conditioner. Sadly, my system could not be repaired and had to be replaced. The gentlemen that installed the system were equally professional, completed the installation in a timely manner and left NO MESS! I was very excited to arrive home with no "clean up" to contend with! Highly recommend.

My service, price, and knowledge that my Chris provided me was excellent. After two weeks of bad service with another company with inflated prices I felt they were trying to rip me off I decided to contact home advisor. I contacted Air Now, Chris came out to my home to see what was needed. He was very knowledgeable and explained every detail to me as we went through my issues so that I had a good idea what was going on and why I needed what was required. I expressed my concerns and financial situation at he time he provided me with options and was able to work with me to get my new AC. I feel like I got a good deal, great system, and excellent service I am very please with Chris and Air Now. My new AC is great!

Due to the nature of my repair, I had the pleasure of dealing with Don, the owner, and two technicians, Jim and Philip. Their concern for my needs was exemplary. Despite my believing that I was in need of a large, expensive repair, they assured me that that was not the case. My repair was completed timely, actually speedily, inexpensively, and with no disruption to my business. Called for a problem with our central AC not working suddenly. He answered our call and came within a few hours after finishing a job he was at. He was pleasant and very efficient in diagnosing the problem. He quickly fixed it and the cost was very reasonable. Honest. Honest. Honest !

We moved into our new home in October 2016. We had our maintenance AC company come out and do a normal cleaning and checkup. We have used them since 2012. The unit was fine then and all they recommended was a UV light to kill mold which they always recommend. 6 months later they came back and told us that the unit needed to be replaced and was full of mold and didn’t recommend we turn it back on until it was replaced and gave us an estimate for the new unit. (we have had the AC off and the windows open because of the cool nights for fresh air for a few months now) The unit is only 9 years old so I went on HomeAdvisor and found Don for a second opinion. I told him what happened and he said that we could turn the unit on, no problem and he would be out on Saturday to take look. Don came promptly on Saturday and was very courteous and after 15 minutes told us the unit is clean now and is working fine, and as long as it’s working fine, once a year maintenance is all we need. I was so relieved! I asked him what we owed and he said all he did was clean it so we owed him nothing! OMG, I had to pinch myself! So Don is now our AC maintenance person and we highly recommend him!

He was late to the first appt. but called to let me know he would be late. He was honest and didn't try to sell me extras as other AC Companies did. He was clean, pleasant and helpful. He explained everything and answered all our questions

Finally, someone that you can trust! Between electricians, AC companies, lawn companies, and mechanics I've had very bad luck. Don is about the most polite and honest AC repair man that you'll ever meet. He came out as an emergency call within 2 hours. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue same day at a fair and honest price. We used to be customers with the big AC companies, and I even still have a membership for the rest of the year that I prepaid, but Don is our guy now. People like him restore my faith that companies still to be trusted. Thank you Don! And as much as we like you, hopefully we don't have to see you soon LOL
