AgentMailings

My wife and I are REALTORS in the SW Florida market. We had been told about AgentMailings.com from their representative that we met at an office meeting. We were led to believe that this company would put together mailings using current MLS data and would send out the monthly mailing with our contact information and company branding. When the first mailing went out we discovered numerous mistakes in not only the comps used, addresses used (our own address was wrong), MLS #'s used. We were told that we could make changes on the company website but could not. When we discovered the errors, the staff at AGENTMAILINGS.com were very difficult to deal with and repeatedly tried to "play it off". We were told the account would be credit for that mailing because of the mistake. When we were planning for our next mailing, we discovered that they now were trying to "pass off" our listings under the Coldwell Banker name. When we told them that this was not correct and could not be done we were met with more resistance and down right arrogance. we subsequently decided to cancel the service because they were not providing professional service or honoring their own company contract. Upon cancelling the service, we recieved an email from Diana Neltner a personal marketing assistant indicating that we were getting charged a termination fee (which according to their contract in the fine print did not apply to us because of the package we had chosen). I explained to Diana that I was not going to pay any termination fee and that since the company did not deliver the product we had been led to believe would be delivered. Diana was very rude and arrogant so I asked to speak with a supervisor to which she said she was (leaving me no recourse to resolve my compalint). Diana stated she would look into the matter but never did and today I discovered the illegal charge on our account. I have been a RE/MAX owner, a Prudential agent, and I understand good service and integrity. I am submitting this complaint (my first ever) because in our business being professional is part of our code of ethics under NAR. I cannot tell other agents who read this enough....but please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They dod not care about you or your professional reputation or the resolving of complaints and they certainly do not provide the level of service they promise. Jack Regan, REALTOR
