Affordable Solid Surfaces

I purchased a home that had the kitchen refurbished by Affinity Kitchen & Bath by the previous owner. After living in the home for approximately 3 months, the adhesive holding the undermounted sink has come loose. The sink is in the process of becoming completely detached from the counter, and there is an approximate 1/4" gap now on two sides between the sink and the counter. I called Affinity first to ask if the job was still under warranty (the lady avoided answering that question completely), and then if it wasn't, how much they would charge to come out to fix the problem. Three phone calls and a ton of excuses later (including that the job/account could only be looked up by one guy), no one called me back to even start addressing the issue. We even had a friend step in and help us call three more times, just hoping to get some sort of response - nothing. Awful customer service, and clearly not well perfomed work in the first place. I will definitely be hiring another company to fix this issue.
