We contracted with Affordable Solar and Pool Heating to replace our pool heater and spa bubbler. When they came to do the work, they replaced the pool heater but were unable to install the pool bubbler at that time and would have to come back to do that part of the work. Also, after heating the pool, we found that the pool heater was not working properly. Once the desired temperature was reached, it would not shut off. They worked with us to fix the issues and they fixed the pool heater and installed the spa bubbler so that now everything is working properly. This company far exceeded our expectations. They offered a very fair price for the work and were very friendly and down to earth to work with. The work was done well and we would use them in the future for any future pool equipment issues.

Robert was aggressive with his price and with his service. He stood by everything he said was he was going to do and got it done earlier than I expected. He over saw the project with his two men who did very neat work, and I am extremely picky so that say something, and the end result was a very good installation with the great heater that he recommended above one that I originally chose. And he was right.

Robert and his team did a wonderful job fast efficient and very competitive. They are responsive and very knowledgeable I definitely would recommend them and will use them again if necessary.

Robert was very friendly and knowledgeable when he came to give us our quote. We were concerned about the electrical side of things, but they were able to do all of the related work for us at a fraction of what others were quoting, including running the line through our attic which is a special challenge of its own. They also got us on the schedule the same week, and we were able to use our pool (with heat) that weekend. The heater has been an absolute game changer for us, as my wife finally enjoys being in the pool again. Huge thank you to Robert and his team!

Very professional company. We had them take down our pool solar panels so we could get a new roof. Once the roof was done they came back and put it back on the roof. They were prompt with both appointments and did a fantastic job! A pleasure to work with this company.

Loved the happy attitude these guys put on whine dealing with you! The work was done fast and this electric heater is terrific and easy to use! Plus they did a few things at cost for me such as items they saw broken. Robert didn’t charge me for his man hours which I was extremely grateful for. I highly recommend them and appreciate their service!

Our first encounter with this business was terrible. They stood us up and no showed us for 7 scheduled appointments over the course of three weeks. They had every excuse in the book for not showing up or even telling us they were not showing up. I had to constantly email and call them. We are seniors and the stress we had to put up with from this company was unacceptable. I hired them originally because they had good reviews. Boy was I wrong about that. So l put a bad review for them on Angie's List where I found them. Then all of a sudden after I put in the bad review they responded and begged us for another chance offering their services and equipment for free. We finally gave them another chance. While they were at our home the owner kept bringing up retracting our review before they would finish the job. Then I was texted that they wanted my Angie's list password to get into my account to write their own review to counteract my first bad review. We then realized that we were being conned and the only reason that they came out giving us equipment and their service to rectify the situation was to buy us off to get rid of their bad review. They acted as sweet as sugar to us until we wrote them a good review. They promised to install pool lights for us as part of their free services. We purchased the lights ourselves at a $900 dollar cost and all they were doing was putting them in. We even after they no showed us the first time offered to pay for their services we just wanted them put in. Then they stood us up three more times for the install after promising to do the install. It seems like they got our good review now, so they continued their bad behaviors towards Us. They begged us again, promising to come out a fourth time for the install. At that point we were just done with them and told them don't bother with us anymore. The owner offered us a dinner and we told them no way we want nothing more to do with this company. I also blocked their phone number. So myself and my husband, who was guiding me, has Parkinson's disease, and is a 100 percent disabled veteran, his hands shake from the disease plus he is dizzy and disoriented, had to install them ourselves. If you have ever installed pool lights before 75 ft of electrical cord has to be fed under the swimming pool to the transformer box. I had to put in one star for them but they even did not deserve that! How can anyone treat people so badly let alone a business. Beware of them! I have all of the texts and phone calls from them to prove our rating!

We worked with Jack who was absolutely top notch from the start to finish. Excellence in communication, and quality of work superb. We had a our roof replaced therefore needed the solar pool panels and pipes to be removed and reinstalled. They were extremely efficient, were able to get us scheduled immediately meeting our needs, were efficient and the system was put back on the roof with painting to EXACTLY match our roof with professional precision. Looks BEAUTIFUL!! Jack was a pure pleasure to work with every step of the way. The price was excellent and I would choose to hire them for any solar needs we have in the future. Absolutely love this pool repair company. Robert called me back right away, showed up when he said he was going to and despite how old my pool equipment is did not try to sell me something that I did not need. In fact he took the time to troubleshoot my equipment , fixed the problem and did Not charge me. This company is very trustworthy, knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent company, installation went smoothly and had no problems. Installers very friendly and helpful. The area was cleaned up and all old parts were removed.

I met the owner and two of his guys and they all were friendly and competent. They repaired my aged pool heater. A small job for them but they did me a solid!

I thought my pump was dead. Robert came over and checked it out and all I needed was a prime on the pump. Hope to fix holds for the season. I have dealt with Robert for at least five years. He has helped me with my Solar equipment and he’s always been fair and honest. If in fact, the pump is on its last leg, I will definitely let him replace it.

Best customer service we have received in 20 years! Punctual, professional, fair, and even replaced heater after installation due to manufacturer defect. Came out very next day with brand new replacement! Seems to be working great and generous warranty is included.
