Affordable Appliance repair

Our family has a home in Sarasota Florida. We arrived the week of October 21st to check out our home prior to returning the first of the year. Our refrigerator was making a loud noise (grinding type sound) when the compressor was active. We looked in Angie's list and found a refrigerator repair company "Affordable" which had a great ratings. I called the local number 941-363-0909 to put in a service order. We explained that were were only here for the week and we needed service this week. The attendant said no problem and scheduled a service call between 1 pm and 5 pm. At 4:15 I called the office again and reported that I have not received any calls from the service person and was concerned that it was getting close to 5 pm. We waited until 6 pm, no call or no service. To net it out, Affordable Appliance dropped the ball. We called another service company. While Affordable may provide good service, they totally dropped the ball and wasted our time......
