BOB DECECCO AND ACLARIAN MORTGAGE ARE TERRIBLE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. FURTHERMORE, BOB DOES NOT HONOR HIS AGREEMENTS. HE PUTS PEOPLE OFF BECAUSE HE CARES OF NO ONE BUT HIMSELF. THERE ARE OTHERS IN HIS ORGANIZATION WHO ACT FRAUDULENTLY, THAT I HAVE SEEN FIRSTHAND, AND HE TURNS A BLIND EYE TO IT, BECAUSE BOB DECECCO LOVES MONEY AND HIMSELF ONLY, IT IS HARD TO DETERMINE THE ORDER, BUT THOSE ARE HIS TWO LOVES IN LIFE.
Description of Work: BOB DECECCO ASSURED ME THAT HE IS A "TRUSTED ADVISOR." HE TOUTS HIS CPA DESIGNATION AS A BADGE OF HONOR YET CANNOT GET THE JOB DONE. HE SAID THAT HE COULD GET A MORTGAGE FOR ME, AND I AM SOMEONE WITH AN 800 FICO SCORE. YET, HE WAITED MONTHS. I HAD MY HOUSE CONTRACTED IN NOVEMBER 2003. I KEPT CONTACTING HIM REGARDING STARTING MY MORTGAGE AND HE KEPT PUTTING ME OFF. FINALLY, IN DECEMBER 2004, WEEKS BEFORE CLOSING, HE STARTED WORKING ON THE LOAN. HIS INCOMPETENCE WITH MORTGAGES ALMOST COST ME AND MY FIANCEE OUR HOME. I DO NOT TRUST NOR RESPECT ANY ASPECT OF BOB DECECCO. MY FIANCEE WAS ALMOST HOMELESS, AND ON THE DAY THAT EVERYTHING WAS GOING SIDEWAYS, WHERE WE WERE GOING TO LOSE OUR HOME, OUR DEPOSIT, AND OUR FUTURE RESIDENCE, BOB DECIDED NOT TO EVEN COME INTO THE OFFICE, AND HAD HIS ASSISTANT, BETHANY BOHMER, FIELD THE CALLS.
