They were very responsible for the cleanliness in what can be a very unsanitary problem. They didn't try to find a problem that didn't exist. The technician was very helpful in letting me know what I could do and should not do to keep the problem from happening again. I thought the price was very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again if the need arises.
Description of Work: I had 2 slow toilets. I called on the recommendation of a friend. They snaked one toilet and cleared the clog. The technician determined that the other toilet was okay.
