Description of Work: Checked the entire house and property for air quality specifically mold. The test was comprehensive and professional with an easy to understand report afterward.

Description of Work: We had water damage to our hardwood floors, all of which had to be removed and replaced. We were told that the walls and foundation had mold, needed to be dried and required mold mitigation. Not being experts in these matters, we were taken advantage of by Accutech compounding the difficulty of our unfortunate situation. Fans were left on excessively long, far longer than necessary, and the crew did not come to the house to remove the fans and other paraphernalia for several days later than they said they would. Their price was inflated ridiculously as though they sought to access the maximum allowed by insurance. However, our insurance would not cover their fee, and we ultimately sought arbitration and agreed on a partial settlement to recoup some of our losses. It was a nasty experience.

Description of Work: Water heater failed and leaked onto master bedroom & closet rug. We found this on a Sunday night returning from a trip. They responded in 1-2 hours that night. We did not like some of the paint job and they came next day to correct that. Very good service and would use them again.
