 + -1 moreWhat was supposed to take a week took almost 3 months. Customer service was terrible and getting Aaron to return calls was like pulling teeth. The pool was damaged because it was empty so long and the whole thing was just a disaster..

 + -1 moreOur six sided turbo port gears needed to be replaced since our bottom jets were not cycling properly. The repairs made by Aaron's did not fix the issue of cycling, instead made the cycling issues worse. My husband spoke with Aaron and Aaron told my husband that the system was working properly, my husband told Aaron that this was not true. So we called the manufacture, manufacture sent out their Rep. Their Rep verified that the system was not working properly and when he opened the 6 sided turbo port he found a broken T-VALVE. The Manufacture Rep fixed the T-VALVE and now the bottom jets are cycling properly. Called Aaron to tell him that he was incorrect on operation of 6 sided turbo port and also complain about an on going issue with their front desk returning phone calls and was blown off.
Description of Work: 6 sided turbo port gear replacement not properly done. Warranty work only responsible for repair cost.

 + -1 moreAaron?s Elite employees did a great job. The pool looks like it did when it was new, if not better. They finished the job on time with outstanding workmanship. When we found and confirmed that darn leak, we knew the budget had to be increased. It was much less expensive to fix the leak while the water was out of the pool, so in the end we did save money. The grout was removed and replaced on budget.
Description of Work: Aaron’s Elite Pool Service performed two different jobs for us in December 2012. The smallest job was detecting and repairing a leak that had developed in the main drain. This repair will save us many dollars on our water bill. The largest job was removing all the old grout around and in our pool and replacing with new grout. We have a large, approximate 15,000 gallon play pool, with a large spa attached. The pool has bullnose brick around the entire outside edge, with six inch tile beneath the bullnose. In addition, the pool has a bench or swim out and and large steps with four levels plus a large bench for seating. There is decorative tile along the edge of each of these areas. The spa has bullnose brick on the top and six inch tiles under the bullnose. The tile is on both the inside and outside of the spa. The spa bench, which goes around 80% of the inside of the spa plus one step has tile along each of these edges. In other words, there was a lot of grout to remove and then replace. A few years ago we hired someone to repair a few places of missing grout. They just grouted over the old grout and the repair job just lasted for one year. To re grout correctly, the old grout has to be removed.
