We hired this company to clean our rental house. It was agreed that it
would be a "move out" cleaning. The price was $120.00 to do this. They
arrived over 3 hrs late and we were told they don't have time to clean
the windows. We said ok and they got to work. We came back 2 hrs later
and it was getting dark. We paid them and they left. When I went back
the next day to inspect the home, I found it was still dirty. The
laundry room was never cleaned, there was a lot of dirt and grime next
to and under the refrigerator. There were cobwebs in every corner of the
house. Some of the countertops were not even cleaned. The ledges in our
home were never wiped down either. Our realtor and carpet company that
came in the next day asked if we had anyone clean the house yet. That
should describe how bad of a job they did. I have taken pictures of all
of this. I have tried to contact the company on multiple occasions but
have not received any communication from them. We had to have the house
re-cleaned due to their bad job. We asked them to come out and fix their
work or provide a refund to us. We have never heard from them. We are
now out of that house and into our new home. Finally I complained to the
BBB and the company called me yelling as to why I reported them.  They
are totally unprofessional and give false information to make them look
better.  They will not stand behind their work.  If you need a quality
cleaning company, please look for someone else!!!
