Roof stain ran onto fascia and gutter owner saw and never fixed Painted over 3M post-it hooks over rather than remove Paint peeled on gutter Paint runs on gutter Dark soffit has light house paint slop on multiple places Missed painting window sill Roof vent was not completely painted Paint on air conditioner compressor Paint on pool heater Need replacement of three screens that are full of paint at front porch Splattered paint all over garden rock from the roof paint that ran over night Sloppy control of paint wand and dripped paint into pool and on pool deck Killed palm tree from bleach spray when cleaning roof Walked on many plants that had to be replaced Broke pathway light Broke threshold from dragging ladder When employee/partner received this list called and left me an absolutely nasty voice mail. Owner claimed to stand behind his work with a 5 year warranty… I don’t expect to ever see him again nor have issues corrected but on multiple occasions when contacting owner he was extremely rude and reemphasized that these would be corrected when he had time. It has now been four months since the house was painted… nothing fixed.

They did a great job and fixed the leak in the roof...They were also very polite. UPDATE- I have been calling and calling for them to come finish the windows like they said they were going to do, now I have windows leaking and they will not return my phone calls. Very unprofessional.
