941 Window Cleaning

Attila came out to my house to wash my exterior windows. Because my house is big, this was an expensive job. He missed two windows on the second floor. When I asked him to come back and finish the job he said "that's not fair, that was a week ago." It would have been so easy, and good business, to apologize for the missed windows but instead he called me lazy for not checking his when he was there. He then threatened to take me to court if I posted a negative review. He's not a nice individual to do business with- buyer beware!

He stated that it took him 1/2 hour to do one bank of windows on the Lanai and that there were 9 banks at 1/2 hour each. He said he had to leave, it was 9:05am He had been here an hour. . He told me he had 2 other customers and it was better to leave one customer rather than upset and be late for 2 customers. I tried to schedule a time for him to come back to finish the job but he said he had no openings before next Thursday when I am leaving to return to my home up North.He said he would not charge me for the little he had done. The money was not the issue but the way he left was unprofessionale at best. This young man seemed organized but unrealistic in the time he alloted for the job sight unseen. He did not inquire as to the size of my unit. He did not indicate a need to look at the job prior to coming for an estimate. His interest seemed to be in smaller units he could do in an hour? I am disappointed and confused regarding my experience with this service provider.He seems immature and inexperienced regarding consumer relations.
