She recommended changing to XP Professional, got the needed software, installed and tested everything, and delivered a computer which serves my needs far more efficiently
Description of Work: Replaced Windows Vista with XP Professional. Made the computer far more useful. installed new software and optimized computer performance. This is only the most recent job I have given to this company. Other jobs in the past have involved many aspects of fixing, upgraing, and improving a variety of home computer systems.
