"I don’t know. I gave you four grand last September and all I get is an occasional phone call telling me “we are still waiting for the last window”. I know the real story is you don’t have the manpower to install them . I recently started calling your office with my issue and they tell me I’ll call you back when we get that last window. Then nobody calls me back. I just want an honest answer . If you truly had all the windows except one great ! Please come install what you have . Yes there is a supply chain issue, I get that. More importantly you should know, my wife is the one who wanted new windows. I’m fine with what we have. Do I have to tell you about what it’s like living with an unhappy wife ?"

"This guy hired me to detail his boat, after spending 2 days wet sanding, buffing, polishing, and ceramic coating it as well as all of the interior, as soon as I finished he started yelling and cussing without even looking at the boat. The agreement was $1500 in which he wasn't going to pay when he hired me. I've been detailing since 1992, over 30 years and this was a first. I ended up calling the police due to this guy's behavior and to file for a small claims. I have now given him a month to make good on our agreement but haven't heard anything. I've heard there are people like this but this was a first for me, I honestly don't know how this person sleeps at night. If you do business with this person you are a fool."
