 + 1 moreThe project was completed on time and on budget for the most part. We did have a few surprises along the way but nothing major. Nick was there every step of the project and we communicated via phone, as I live in Atlanta, on a daily basis.
Description of Work: We added a 3rd floor to our home in Watercolor, it included a half bath, media room, trundle bed, half bath and wet bar area. It was a complex project due to the new floor system that had to be installed and the location of our neighbors home. A crane had to be brought in to complete the project. We also had to move our exsisting laundry room and add a new stair well to access the 3rd floor. Custom made barn doors and ship lap and other custom cabinets were built and installed.

 + 1 moreMy wife and I hired Nick Wensel with Walton Home Solutions to do a remodel of a secondary home in Florida. Nick exceeded our expectations without us being in town to supervise the project--what a refreshing experience after having had remodeled homes from afar before. As with any remodel, surprises arose and we found Nick to be well-skilled at finding cost-effective solutions for challenges. Nick is responsive, honest, hard-working, cost-conscious, and organized. He was able to complete the remodel on a very tight time schedule and within budget. We look forward to working with Nick again in the future.
Description of Work: refinish hardwood floors, new kitchen island, countertop, appliance installation, new lighting/ceiling fan, new tile/countertops in bathrooms, convert tub to walk-in shower, painting

 + 2 moreThis project went great! The workers arrived at the set time each day, were efficient, and cleaned up the work space each day. The materials used were very good quality. The finished deck is much more robust than many decks that I have seen in this area. Nick always checked the workmanship each day. If something wasn't quite perfect, he corrected it immediately. I love that we now have direct access to the back yard. Walton Home Solutions made my home complete.
Description of Work: Walton Home Solutions built a small deck 1/2 story up with steps to the yard. The deck was to give access to the outside from french doors in a room in our home.
