Ted is amazing. Very detailed oriented. We had a manufacturing defect with one of 6 shades we ordered and Ted instantly replaced it â ¦. No questions asked We also price shopped and these guys were the most competitive I would hire again in a second.

They did a great job! They were very knowledgeable about the shades that were right for my home. Moreover, they did what they said they would do. They were on time for all appointments, provided realistic delivery dates and installation was done at my convenience. The prices were great as well. Highly recommend these guys!

We explained what we envisioned for our project and they delivered! We just approved design and color and it was completed on time. From window treatments to wallpaper we were very happy! We have discovered often we will call a company for quotes or to set an appointment and never receive a return call. Not so with The Shade and Drape Co. Calls were returned within the hour! Great Service!
