I gave Trey creative control because I don't know what is best for this area and I probably would make a bad choice. I am so very happy that I did! Trey took much care in planning our yard and making sure we got the privacy we wanted. The plants are amazing! The palm trees are amazing! The Palm trees are 6ft plus and are gorgeous! Trey is going to bring some tropical plants in the spring because they wouldn't survive the winter (this is a key point-Trey didn't waste my money on something that wouldn't make it) He fixed all the irrigation (it was a mess) figured it all out and it works great! The grass is gorgeous and all the trees and plants just make me so happy every time I look at it. I can't wait till spring to see the Tropical plants. We get compliments ALL the time on our yard. I can't thank Trey enough for all his hard work! It was an investment but I am reaping the rewards every single day. My dogs are happy and we go outside all the time because we are just drawn to it. I couldn't have asked for anything more! I love it!

The job is to pull up the current yard (weeds & grass) and install new grass in the front and side yard. Trey showed up on time and was very cordial and professional. Had no problems discussing different types of grasses and what I would need or not need. Took his time, no rushing, and I was very pleased with the initial meet and was looking forward to receiving his quote. I'm still looking to receive his quote. In the meantime I've had two other lawn companies come in and look at the job and have received their quotes. Because I felt like I had talked to Trey before, I did a bit of research into my old records and found that we had spoken before about him coming out to give me a quote and I was still waiting for a call back for THAT appointment. I put it down to it being Summer and he's probably very busy and some things get dropped. It was just a quote so no harm no foul, but, it made me have second thoughts about being forgotten again.

we were a little off on responses it was a lot of phone tag, but work quality was pretty good, out front yard was amazing it looks beautiful, our back yard was night and day. Our back yard was a complete mess when we bought our house we have 5 trees so the leaves, weeds, vines were every where they clean up 98% of our backyard there were a few missed spots it wasn't huge but for the price I was expecting everything done, it was no big deal. I had to contact them about 3 or 4 time to pay for my maintenance, and I got a call back on the 5th day for an address to send it to the number listed on angies list is the direct phone number to the gentleman who does the actual lawn work he has another lady who will follow up with payments. over all I was very happy with the work it wasn't PERFECT but its worth your while to call them, very professional but a little hard to get ahold of at times.

No phone call returned. Email said they are not taking any new customers now.

Trey was very easy to work with, professional in his followup and attentive in his work. My yard needed some serious TLC and he brought it. His bid was very reasonable but his customer service exceeded that of the others I talked to. I will definitely call them in the future. Thanks!

Got there in the morning is left with a awful over grown yard. Came home from work looked like a new yard.

I was so impressed with every aspect of this business. I needed the area cleared out and cleaned up fast, and the Perfectionists were able to fully complete the job well within my timeframe. After I initially spoke with the owner, Trey, he met me at the site the next day to give me an estimate. He was on time, courteous and informative, and fit me into his schedule so the work would be completed within two days. The yard was in bad shape, and Trey's estimate was well under what I had assumed it would cost. HIs crew did an excellent job with cleaning out the yard, and they were quick, careful, efficient, and friendly. A severe rain came through and I anticipated a delay laying down the pine straw, but the crew came in as soon it cleared and finished up on time. The yard looked better than expected, and I was amazed at the transformation. They kept only what was healthy and thriving, and all else looked clean and tidy. The neighbor next door was so impressed, she asked for their information and has since hired them for weekly service for her yard. Overall, I have nothing but compliments for this business, and I will certainly call on them again.

The clean up went pretty well - He didn't clean up the entire property and trim back all the dead branches but it looked a bit better. The first maintenance visit they wacked down all of the ferns I planted under the trees. I put stakes up and informed him that they shouldn't whack down the ferns. They did it again. When I called to ask him to talk with the guy he indicated that he would come and do the work personally at $ 250.00 a visit. (He charged two months for 4 visits, only came twice that I know about). I told him it was unfair of him to clean up my yard and then try to charge me that much for maintenance. I asked him just to accompany his employee once and point out what needed to be done as any responsible employer would. He never came back. Very unprofessional.

They arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it in a timely manner. This company is VERY professional. I would recommend them to anyone that needs work done to their yard. Will definitely be using them again!!!

They were on time, and got the job done in the time frame they had quoted me. I am very pleased with this company, and the work they did. I would recommend them to any person that needs landscaping done on their property.

Trey responded within 30 minutes of my call to his business. He told me he could come the following day if I wanted the system repaired. As promised he showed up and was on time. There were numerous issues with my sprinkler system and he was able to diagnose and fix them all. I think there were about 16 sprinklers that he either replaced or cleaned out. Price was very fair for the time and his quick response was probably the biggest plus for me. I would definitely use his again if I need future repairs!!!!

This company lives up to it's name!! Not only do they do an excellent job maintaining my lawn, they also do a great job maintaining my irrigation system. The employees are clean and courteous and always do a fantastic job. They always show up when they say they will and leave my yard, sidewalks, and driveway clean with no grass clippings . The owner of the company stops by on a regular basis to check on my satisfaction, and I can say that I have never had a complaint. In addition to the fine job they do on my house, they also maintain my elderly parents yard in Mary Esther. My mother is 84 and she can not say enough good things about their service and she loves the owner Trey!! I know several other people in Destin that use the Perfectionist Lawn Service and I am yet to hear any bad comments from anybody. I would highly recommend this company for all of your lawn and irrigation needs and I know you will not be disappointed!!

He correctly diagnosed the issue that others weren't able to find. He will eventually change out the control box and also will be changing, adjusting, and re-setting the sprinkler heads. He came out immediately on the day that I called him. He is very knowledgeable and professional and was an all-around very nice gentleman. He is about the fourth or fifth company I've had out and no one else was able to figure out what was wrong. They all wanted to replace the entire system.

Trey worked hard until no more light left in the day (8PM) - and working this late in the Florida heat and humidity generally deserves a solid pat on the back. Outside of not being able to completely uproot the pampas grass and popcorn trees as originally planned (due to gas, utility lines underneath) everything else went great. Trey even went to great effort to clean up the mess he created in the backyard pool with all the debris blowing around. Additionally, after recent big rain-storms caused weeds to regrow int he pinestraw bed quickly, he offered to come back out and spray to beat them down again. This is going the extra mile to make sure customers are happy! It also helps he was a couple hundred cheaper than his competition and did more work. Trey's company will go into the next echelon once he is able to hire a professional secretary to handle scheduling, communications, and all the other sidework. Right now he seems to do it all! The yard went from a big mess, to beautifully restored after being unkept for 4 months as the previous owner had vacated the property. Trey knows his stuff.

A great job restoring a severely overgrown yard. Eliminated the bush monsters and cleaned up all the debris. He knows his business and is friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

Moved into new house and sprinkler pump and sprinklers were not working. When called, he promptly returned call, came when scheduled and performed work. No more problems with sprinkler system. Will use again

So far I love everything about these guys. I talk to Trey on the phone and basically he said he will just take control over the yard. He will set the timers on the lawn irrigation, mow, trim, edge, fertilize, spray for weeds, and more. They come every week adn the yard looks awesome. My yard is greener and fuller than it has ever been. They found a customer for life in me

Contacted Trey, left a message and he got back to me the same day. Came out 2 days later to perform an estimate on a weed clean up and new sod for my front yard. Got his estimate the following day! He broke out all the items that he was going to do so I could see the actual costs of the SOD, the Labor, the removal. He was also Extremely knowledgable about his profession. We spent a good amount of time talking about what type of sod would be best in at my house on the coast. He needed half of the contract amount up front and other half after work was completed. He was going to perform the job over 2 days but was unable to due to a back order of the type of sod I wanted. He did come out and perform half the job and then completed the sodding 2 weeks later due to the nursery being over sold. Currently the sod is down and doing good, I am pleased with yard clean up and additional odds and ins he and his team did. Only small issue was that Trey is the main guy for the business, Owner/Operator/Expertise everything and he is very busy. He runs a great small company but may be to busy. I will totally use him again and currently have him putting in another estimate for more landscape work that I want to get done. Great business for the area.

Without ever seeing the house, the yard, or knowing my budget I think he decided it wasn't worth his time. What he didn't know is I live in a house on a 1/2 acre lot with over 4000 sq ft and plan to spend whatever I need to for it to look very nice and sell.

After reading the reviews from other members, I was positive that Trey and his company would be a good choice for landscape maintenance. I first contacted him via e-mail on February 22,2014 to come give me an estimate. He never responded to my e-mail so I called him thinking perhaps the e-mail never made it to his inbox. After calling him and leaving a message, he did return my call that same day. We set up an appointment time for the following day for an estimate. Unfortunately, he never showed up for that appointment and never called. I attempted to contact him several times that day with no answer. He has never called back.

I have almost an acre yard in Niceville and it had been a bit neglected for a few years since I'm an out of town landlord. There was even old hurricane/storm debris out by the waterfront. The scale of the cleanup required far exceeded my abilities and available time so I called a few lawn care guys listed on Angie's List. The timing wasn't very convenient (between Christmas and New Years) but Trey was the first (and only) to call back. I wasn't even expecting a call back between the holidays, but Trey touched base right away and made time to meet me on the property and he quoted me a lower price than I was expecting so I agreed on the spot. Trey held true to every appointment he made, was on time, and the final price matched his initial quote. I'm very happy with the quality of his work, and trust me, fixing that yard was WORK. Trey exceeds expectations. I appreciate my new yard, but I most appreciate his integrity and diligence which make doing business with him a pleasure.

Some people eat chocolate and say they have died and gone to heaven because it is so good. WELL that is the exact feeling I got after Trey and his crew had finished with my yard. My yard had been neglected for two years, and when they were through, I almost cried from joy and appreciation. And this was only the first visit. I love Treys' take control attitude, and am excited to see how my yard looks this time next year.

Contractor Installed new plants and flowers in back yard- Also did bed revision for over grown areas. They adjusted my sprinkler system and the yard looks great! They were prompt, friendly, and knowledgable. I would definately use them again and recommend to friends and family.

Trey, The owner of the company came to my house to do a total yard clean up. I couldnt believe how good it looked when he left. They did such a great job I now use them for monthly lawn maintenance. They maintain my sprinkler system as well and with their water management techniques my yard looks better than it ever has! I would Highly reccomend this contractor to anyone who needs lawn care or landscaping, or any sprinkler work. They are highly knowledagable in this field.

Trey and his crew are hard working, conscientious and their work is professional. He is reliable and reasonably priced. As an absentee land owner, I rely on them to maintain my property and they do an great job.
