+ -1 moreHe was very nice over the phone in our initial call, and we set up an appointment three weeks in advance, for a Friday at 9 am. When he didn't show up by noon, I called, got no answer and left a voicemail. I heard back on Monday morning, he apologized but had written down the wrong date, then told me he would come by Monday afternoon. He never showed up, nor did he call. I've never heard from him again. That is why I am writing this review. We never even got to the estimate stage, and someone who doesn't show up twice and doesn't call isn't worth my pursuing further.
Description of Work: Service to be performed was an estimate to soundproof a condo with blown-in insulation in the ceiling.

+ -1 moreThe worker arrived on time and completed the job thoroughly and professionally. He cleaned up afterwards and overall, did an excellent job. The price was less than I would have spent if I'd gotten rolls of fiberglass at Lowes and installed them myself. I highly recommend these folks whether it's new construction or increasing the existing R-value.
Description of Work: Blew additional fiberglass insulation into attic (1740 sf) R24 to R38. Installed additional soffit vents to dam insulation.
