Steve and his team are excellent. Top notch customer service, responsive, and clean. Highly recommended for any electrical needs, commercial or residential. I use them exclusively for all projects at my home or office.
Description of Work: Upgraded all interior and exterior lights to LED, hung TVs on walls, various other electrical projects around house and at office.

Derek explained very thoroughly what he was doing and why.
Description of Work: Derek replaced an outlet for my furnace. I am now waiting for the furnace technician to come back out and finish repairing the furnace.

Great! Service provided the SAME DAY I called - which could not have made me happier or more surprised. Very polite, very tidy, very good. I'm extremely satisfied.

The marketing director resigned at the end of March and I recently took the position. I know this is not what should have happened, but it did and for that I apologize. Description of Work: Estimator was punctual and very courteous during our walk around. Was told to expect an estimate. It never came. | |Called and left a voice mail asking if I could expect an estimate or not. |Never called me back... | |At least have the courtesy to tell me no. Do not just go away and never communicate back. | |Overall low grade was due to the false promise of an estimate and total lack of communication. Good things were punctuality, friendly/personable estimator, and neat and professional appearance.

Description of Work: We had a faulty smoke detector in our home. After changing the battery over 4 times since April it was time to have someone replace it. We ended up needing to replace all of the detectors since they are hardwired. Jeff, the electrician who performed the service, was fabulous! He completed the job in a short amount of time and even said to call and ask for him should there be any issues since he was familiar with the work done. I now have their number on my speed dial.

We were impressed with the same day service. The service man was very polite and neat. He installed a 220 plug in the laundry room. We also had a room that all the outlets were not in working order. The service man was unable to determine the problem but offered other solutions.
Description of Work: We called to have a electrical problem diagnosed. Also w 220 plug installed. The young man - Michael - was very polite and was able to install the 220 plug. He was unable to diagnose the problem we were having with some plugs, but offered possible solutions.

Overall MetroPower is great to work with. They called to schedule a next morning estimate within 15 minutes of the email request I sent them. They designed a lighting system for our new kitchen, provided the lights and did all the installation 2 days later right on time for our painters to begin. They also replaced an outdoor light and installed 2 new outlets In other rooms of our home. They made suggestions for other electrical needs we thought we had that saved us time and money. They were fast, friendly and extremely professional. We will use them again for sure. Very pleased.
Description of Work: Removed two old kitchen lights, installed six new led recessed lights based on the design they recommended. Installed two new household 110 outlets and new outdoor motion sensor light. Provided all recessed lights and outlets and dimmer switches.

They were here on time on the day they said they would be here at the time they said they would be here. Their prices were good. Some of the prices were cheaper than I thought they would be. They were very competitive and excellent. I couldn't have asked for better people. The people that took the call were very friendly. They hooked me up with the electrician that was going to come out and he gave me a time and showed up on time.
Description of Work: I used Metro Power for electrical work when we did a whole remodeling. They did the rewiring.
