They changed their name from Canac to Marquis but the service is still just as bad. The performance of this organization was pitiful. I could have bought these cabinets at any of the big box stores and had them in a couple of weeks, but I am always interested in supporting the locals, much to my regret. I complied with all of their requests immediately including giving them a 50% deposit on the order. They misrepresented the initial delivery date ; refused my calls for one week ; gave me the "we want to make you happy" speech by agreeing to install the box and the doors at a later date to which I agreed ; told me they found the order and the cabinets were made ; did not call me back yesterday with the delivery date as promised ; then, came up with some silly story about "falling through the cracks", " a big commercial job ahead of me", and so on...... . Pretty pathetic. I agreed to let this order be cancelled. They will never see the likes of me grace their threshold again and furthermore, I will do my level best to make sure any customer, friend or acquaintance of mine does not come with 500 feet of this building. This is my second attempt to do business with them and both times I left with a bad taste in my mouth. There will not be a third time.
