Emerald Concrete & Paving

Worked very fast. Nice folks. Lots of promises upfront. Part of it looks very nice and done well the other part done very poorly. Dirt ground into the top, track marks, open aggregate, uneven, very thin edges, when they came back to retrieve equipment they drove over the edge and broke the edge of the driveway. Jobsite has not been cleaned up. Work was **complete** two weeks ago. Still waiting to discuss these problem areas.

Disclaimer: I'm very particular. They did a great job and have great customer service. I had an issue when I got home from work at 4:00. I contacted John and told him my issue and thought someone would come out in the next day or two to resolve it. To my surprise, they were there within a couple of hours and resolved the issue. It was Johns brother that came out and was a very nice young man and very customer oriented!

Showed up on time and completed the parking lot when I was told it would be done . Highly recommend Emerald Concrete and Paving.

They don t restripe parking lot lines. I have to hire another contractor for this.
