I needed a new deck in the backyard with stairs in two places. I got a few quotes but decided on Josh because he actually picked up the phone and called me, while other guys just sent me text messages. I am old school and appreciate speaking to a real person. Josh came by to check out the deck and provide a quote. Not only is he super friendly, he answered all my questions and concerns. I took a leap of faith and my instincts were right. He did a very good job on the restoration and we are very pleased with the quality of his craftsmanship. He takes great pride in his work and cleaned up the job-site when the project was completed. It’s the little details that matter to me and Josh was thorough. Everyone knows how tough it is to find good contractors on 30A. Josh is the exception.
