 + -1 moreMy experience was okay. They seemed like they needed a business. They were helpful and did alright. We were satisfied with the service. There was hardly anything but their staff was helpful. I did not have anything to compare the price with it in that job. The price was reasonable. I had set up our appointment so we got our time. I guess they were on time.
Description of Work: I used ComputerWorks to get our computer overhauled and cleaned up.

 + -1 moreMr. Adelman arrived at the house as scheduled, examined both computers, removed the malware/viruses/trojans, installed anti-malware software, and had both computers back up and working about 90 minutes after he arrived. He seems very knowledgable and able to deal with any problem you might have. The fact that he makes "housecalls" is a major plus since the desktop computer has many cables to connect/re-connect and it is such a pain to do that when the computer has to go to the repair shop. I think his prices are more than reasonable. I highly recommend him and his services.
Description of Work: Two of our networked personal computers (a desktop and a laptop) had become infected with malware/viruses/trojans literally within minutes of each other. We were unable to do anything with either of them. Mr. Adelman came out to our house removed the malware and had both working, virus free, in about 90 minutes.

 + -1 moreMark came to my house on a Saturday, and helped me find a way to save needed data to my laptop so I could continue my class without interruption. He answered his phone on a Saturday, set a time for the appointment, and came to my house as promised.
Description of Work: My computer died on a Saturday; I'm an online teacher, so I needed to get access to some data in order to continue my classes.
