Description of Work: I got an estimate from Chi-Mar Construction to build a new house.

Description of Work: Chi-Mar Construction is a top notch custom home builder. They helped me purchase a lot and build my dream home from top to bottom. Everything from paint colors, to light fixtures and in between they did for us! I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. Marty's professionalism and customer service was way above and beyond what I expected. They were prompt, returned phone calls, walked me through every process, kept me involved and up to date. Building a home can be a very intense and extensive process which can sometimes feel like work. This experience did not! It was enjoyable and their team made it fun and exciting. I felt as though the quality was above anything I could have ever expected! They completed my home in 4 months and exceeded my expectations with everything! I was very nervous that this would be overwhelming for me and my family but Marty and his team helped me through and it was a piece of cake! Building a home really can be fun and enjoyable. If I ever had any concerns marty addressed them immediately and was on top of everything! A+ in my book!
