When they installed them, they broke two of the covers. They told my builder that they would replace them and that they had ordered them. We waited and waited and then they claimed to have ordered the wrong part and would have to order them again. My builder found out that they had never been ordered and that they were lying to him. My builder had to order them himself and here we are almost 60 days later and they are still broken. My builder got them in just 3 days and today he is installing them himself. I would never recommend this company, EVER !
Description of Work: They were to install Mr. Slims Mini Splits in my new home.

General Contractor Chris Ritchie Construction did not install drain lines in concrete walls. Therefore we had to use mini split pumps which were recalled and new ones installed. General contractor will not work with us on how we wanted it done properly. Every way we went he threw up a road block. Have stopped all jobs with contractor. As for our companions [Member Name Removed] wants new head due to have a fin on inside system was bent over. Easiesly can be straightened. These two companions are very difficult to deal with. We originally were to do solar. They ask for us to do mini split. Gave them a good deal since we were doing the solar. Have way through job after spending 30,000 on materials. They backed out. we never made a dime off this job. We should of fave account bid seperate. They played us with the carrot in front of mule. Wish [Member Name Removed] and her companion a happy life. I have forgiven you in the name of God! However you will never be pleased.

They're good. The A/C was very old and they let us know that it'd need replacing in time. They did a band-aid fix for now. They were prompt and when the A/C did break down, they remembered us; they gave us a good deal and even came after hours. They were professional and friendly. They explained exactly what was happening and showed us what they did. Overall, they provided very, very good service.
Description of Work: Our A/C was breaking down. Justin & D'Angelo were the two techs that came out to help us, and we've worked with Gary as well.

Technician as knowledgeable & got the job done. He changed out our 14 year old thermostat with a very easy to use. & readable digital thermostat. Inspected inside unit, cleaned it thoroughly, fixed some leaks where the tape had come loose. Checked freon level also. Now I have a clean unit that cools & may extend the life of my Heat pump.
Description of Work: Needed new thermostat & overall system check & clean.

Wanted to install a pump for A/C instead of using gravity flow. Results: more money and more maintenance! Poor engineering and design. Could not get along with main contractor. Seems to place money over service and quality of work.

Many calls we run are dirty inside evaporator coils, we must clean before we can get a proper reading on freon levels. Alway keep your filters clean, have your system serviced once or twice a year. Our technicians are instructed to educate the customer. Steve very sorry, however you are not in our data base.
